Preface
Tiltwatcher is a kind of logistics monitor device that can detect whether the goods are tilted during transportation. WAN-YO provides 3 types of tiltwatcher for choice, but which product is the best for your company to use?
As follows, you’ll see the difference in functions of the 3 types tiltwatchers, and I believe it should enable you to select the appropriate tiltwatcher quickly.
Product Introduction
(1) Leaning Label (1st Generation Tiltwatcher)
Leaning Label, the first generation of tiltwatcher, is the basic tilt indicator. Its function is to simply detect whether the goods have been tilted at 80°±5°. Once tilt has occurred, the display window in the middle of Leaning Label changes from silver to red.
Application
(2) Leaning Label II (2nd Generation Tiltwatch)
Leaning Label II is an advanced and upgraded version of Leaning Label. Its function is newly added to identify the direction in which goods are tilted.
Once tilt to left occurs during delivery, the top display of Leaning Label II changes from silver to red, and the bottom-left display windows changes to silver, indicating left tilting direction. On the contrary, once goods are tilted to the right, the bottom-right display windows changes to silver, indicating right tilting direction.

Summary
In fact, the major effect of the tiltwatcher is to monitor whether the goods are tilted. If your goods do not need to know the direction of the tilt, then use the 1st generation tiltwatcher – Leaning Label I. The Leaning Label I is also the widely used tiltwatcher in the world.
On the contrary, your goods need a tilt degree limitation, then you can use tiltwatcher plus – Leaning Label PLus.
*Note: One indicator can only monitor one direction of tilt, so 2 indicators must be affixed to cargo for full range of tilt detection.
